Meet the San Antonio Team Behind Crestview Roofing Co San Antonio
Roofing crews come and go in San Antonio. Ours doesn’t. The people who show up at your door are the same people who measure your roof, tear it off, and stand behind the work a year later. We’re a small, tight crew led by Dylan Pace, and every one of us has been on enough San Antonio roofs to know what this heat does to shingles, what oak pollen does to valleys, and what a Hill Country hailstorm can do in twenty minutes. No subcontractors you’ve never met. No rotating cast. Just the same faces from the first estimate to the final invoice.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Dylan Pace, Owner
Dylan started Crestview Roofing in 2000 because he was tired of watching homeowners get handed a verbal quote and a shrug. Twenty-five years later, he still walks every roof himself before a single shingle gets ordered. He’s the one who answers the phone half the time, and he’s the one who’ll tell you straight if your roof has another three years in it or if you’re throwing money at a tear-off that can’t wait. Dylan lives in San Antonio and has spent more July afternoons on a 140-degree roof than he cares to count. His rule for every job is the same one he’d give his own mother: written price first, pictures before and after, and a phone number that a real person picks up.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Crestview for eleven years and runs most of the repair jobs across the San Antonio area. He’s GAF-certified and has torn into enough Texas roof decks to diagnose a leak by the stain pattern before he even pulls a shingle. If your roof is leaking after a storm, Marcus is usually the one on the ladder with a moisture meter and a camera, documenting exactly what he finds. He’s also the crew’s unofficial barbecue critic and will happily argue about brisket while he’s flashing your chimney correctly.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena leads our full replacement and installation crews and has been roofing since she was nineteen. She’s the person who makes sure valleys are woven tight, drip edge is seated right, and the ridge line runs straight enough to pass a picky neighbor’s eye test. Elena specializes in steep-slope work and is meticulous about manufacturer specs, because she’s the one who has to look a homeowner in the eye if something fails. Off the clock, she coaches youth soccer and roofs a mean shed for her kids’ scout projects.
Chris D., Service Coordinator
Chris is the voice on the phone when you call to schedule an estimate or ask why your roof is making that sound. He’s been with Crestview for six years and keeps the schedule running so the right person and the right materials show up at the right time. Chris works by The Relay Standard: every booked job gets a live, trackable arrival window, before-and-after photo documentation, and a digital invoice sent by text. He’s also the one who makes sure your written price is in your hands before any work starts, because he’s the one who takes the call if it isn’t.
Leo M., Apprentice
Leo is the newest member of the crew, two years in and already carrying more bundles up a ladder than most people lift in a month. He’s learning tear-off, flashing, and underlayment work alongside Marcus and Elena, and he’s already earned a reputation for showing up early and asking good questions. San Antonio homeowners often meet Leo first because he’s the one running materials and setting up ground protection. Give him another season and he’ll be leading his own repairs, but for now he’s the reason your flower beds stay intact during a full tear-off.
One Standard, Every Job
The Relay Standard isn’t a slogan. It’s the checklist every Crestview crew member in San Antonio works from, and it’s the reason you’ll never wonder what’s happening on your roof. Before any work begins, you get a written price. Not an estimate scribbled on a business card. A line-item number that doesn’t change once the job starts. While the work happens, you get before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what was replaced and why. Your arrival window is live and trackable, which means you know when Marcus or Elena will pull up before they do. And when the job is done, your invoice lands in your phone by text, with every repair covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. Every repair, every replacement, every installation runs on the same standard, whether it’s Dylan on the roof himself or Leo hauling the tear-off. That’s the whole point of a local crew: the name on the invoice is the same name that answers the phone next year.
Call (361) 209-8857 and you’ll talk to a real person who can schedule your free estimate and walk you through exactly what to expect, from the first ladder up to the final photo.
